About Twin Trees Studio

Based in Ireland, Twin Trees Studio is a visual studio dedicated to fine art, editorial photography, and bespoke design project execution.

Process

Twin Trees Studio's art is 100% physical, analog, offline and traditional. It is literally paint on canvas! In a nutshell, my art could be described as Geometric abstract art, but its a bit more detailed then that.

My original artwork aims to depict our participation in life while at the same time decorating a space in your home, office or chosen space.

The workflow/process of how I develop my creations has evolved over many years of testing, thinking, trial and error, but currently, it involves the following elements:

• Acrylic paint
• Plaster
• Pens
• T-Square
• Compass
• Set Square
• Golden ratio theory
• Masking tape (to create the specifically sized geometric shapes and lines)

Fast forward turbulence and diagonal lines portray adversity, strain, and instability from routine hassles and daily obligations. In contrast, circles, triangles, rectangles, squares, laminar flow, unwavering vertical and horizontal lines reveal harmony, stability, and structure.

The colours selected also encourage our positive emotions and are interconnected with the ambition of cultivating progress through our senses. While the result looks simple enough, the process behind the composition and dimension of each shape has meaning beyond the physical boundary of the geometric shapes themselves.
